Events?

Well, most sites I've been on have had events in the past. An event would just be a happening IC'ly that the entire board should at least know about, with participation from many different people. Like an assault on a village, or an assault on the Akatsuki base. Or maybe something a bit more peaceful like a celebration because of a new Kage coming in, or a funeral for the past Kage. 'Tis just a thought to spice things up a bit more on this site. Template could go something like:
Event Title: Name of the event.
Plot: What's going on, why it's going on.
Location: Where is the event taking place.
Rules: Death enabled? Things like that.
Length: How long it's going to last.

Althought I'm very new here...I just thought that this may possibly be a good event Event Title:
Battle Royale
Plot:
Genin and Chuunins from each village assemble in the forest of death, each 3 man team will be given a scroll by their village every scroll is different by village [Example Konoha will give their participants a fire scroll while the mist village gives their particpants a water scroll] once all the scrolls of retrieved by one team you are to connect the scrolls which will form a map for a secret cave and when you arrive you'll be awarded as the best three man team throughout the land along with 1,000 Yen/Money.
Location:
Forest Of Death
Rules:
You may not kill another opponet, the teams must consist of 2 genin and 1 chuunin or 3 genin.
Length:
Eh...I dont know where you guys lives so therefore I have no clue what your timezone is... |

I'm going to post my event ideas soon as well. I just wanted to see what everybody else thought about this. Why no killing in your event, though? Just wondering ^_^

Yeah, I've been thinking about this and I decided not to really have one until the Chuunin Exams are fully planned out and what not. I haven't been expecting this many members either, so I suppose a good and fully planned event will work so you guys don't get bored on here, although we already have the Attack on Konoha thread... So.. Kira's event sounds good  |

Exams are always fun, as long as you have enough people going, that is. If not Events, per say, than maybe just be able to make lots of missions for each village? Haha I really like interaction and am just kinda bored lately  If not then it's all good too. EDIT: I may come try and own Akatsuki at Leaf by the way. I feel like bashing some Akatsuki xD |

That'll be my 'mission' then. Gotta protect Konoha so that they don't burn. Silly Leaf ninja.
And yea, in the Exams Gaara killed three Rain ninja and destroyed Lee's legs. Most ninja outside of Leaf went in with the intent to kill. They were all like 12-16 years old so... Ninja were basically made to kill and bring in money for their villages.

Go ahead and put killing. It's simple, if you want your character alive then don't enter.
As for Konoha. OMFG Let the dam* leaf ninjas protect their own village. they have TOO many ninjas there. Also, there are more ninjas heading towards Konoha.

It's simple, if you don't want your character(s) to die, don't blow up an entire village.
