As Tye was on his way back home from a long journey of boringness and hardship there would be only one thing that would make him feel better. Chewing out his Kage! People cleared out of the way for him because he kept on grumbling and his face had an angered look. Trying to remember where everything was, he was stuck in the Hidden Leaf Village for so long he kind of forgotten where everything is. He was about to ask someone where the Kirakage's home was when he saw of ninja swept past him. Might as well follow them he thought jumping after them.

OOC: Meh, don't feel like making a nice post. I just feel lazy at the moment ;D.
Shinsei walked through Kirigakure with a slight smile. BY some unknown force, Shinsei was able to "persuade" one of his assistants to do the rest of his work for the day. Unfortunately, Shinsei had an ominous feeling that something bad was about to happen. He couldn't tell what it was exactly, but he was wishing that it wouldn't be something to ruin his day.
As he was walking, he noticed a group of ninja going somewhere and one ninja jumping after them. He took a few moments to inspect the one ninja from afar. Shinsei's eyes narrowed and he cracked his knuckles. That ninja was Tye Fan. Shinsei knew about Tye and he also knew that Tye needed a good yelling at. For one, Tye had been out of Kirigakure for a long time. More time that he had been permitted. Actually, Shinsei couldn't recall ever giving Tye permission to leave the village. Thinking that his work was what was messing up his memory, Shinsei walked toward Tye slowly. " So, you finally decide to come back to Kirigakure?"

Tye stopped, the voice was fimilar. "Just the person I was planning on yelling at" Tye said back. He stopped, and jumped down from a roof of a building. "Yes, I have come back" he said looking around. "And it doesn't seem as though anything better has happened" he antagonized. He was ready to fight Shinsei, he wasn't afraid. He could take him no problem. As long as they didn't summon anything. "So have you finall decided to do your job?" Tye bugged.

Shinsei thought to himself yeah, my good day is pretty much ruined. After hearing what Tye said, Shinsei started to laugh. In his mind, there were arrows with glowing light pointing at Tye. Again, Shinsei thought to himself, Yup, he is the perfect example of why Kirigakure is never going to change. Shinsei pulled out his guitar and started to play it. The tune he played was a soft and peaceful tune.
"At least i do my job and not run off from village to village like an infatuated school girl who runs after the person she likes." Shinsei wondered how Tye would take that comment. He did not mean it as a joke but sometimes people would take it as a joke. A serious thought just came into Shinsei's mind. why is it that only a few of my jounin can actually think for themselves and aren't irritating? Anyway, I'll just ignore this thought...
"So, what do you want? I don't think you'd be here just to have a friendly talk with me." Shinsei looked into the sky. There were no clouds in sight. Shinsei wished it would rain, but it didn't look like that was going to happen. Shinsei took a seat on a nearby bench and continued to play his guitar. it was going to be a long day...

A school girl?!? How dare he treat me in such a manner Tye's face showed an angry look. "Being a school girl, seems better than a fool and a simpleton" Tye said, seeing if he would push Shinsei's buttons. "And what are you talking about 'friendly talk' we never have a friendly talk" Tye said thinking on the matter. The two usually batted fists and there heads.
