Fortunately, you may start your own mission on any RP board. However, you must be a Chunin or above to control this privilege. Anyone, except for Academy Students, may participate, and this includes different allied villages. But if you have enemy groups, it will not work. For example:
An ANBU member starts a mission thread but an Akatsuki joins. That won’t work, unless they abandon their ninja ways or something. In other words, you should have the same side working together, unless the opposite side wants to join just to act as an obstacle.
You may start the mission with a partner, or multiple ninjas. You should include as much information about the mission as you can. Some ideas would be the plot, the location, rank/level of the mission, and which type of ninjas you want.
