History:

Alika was born to a rich Uchiha family and was great friends with Sachiko, who was the daughter of the family who were great friends with Shishui, Sasuke and Itachi's cousin. Though Alika is older than Sachiko, she tends to be more immature and 'strange'.

Her whole clan was assasinated by Uchiha Itachi as Alika fled to Kirigakure, despite the opposite element they held. There, Alika learned several water-based jutsus, letting her surpass the Chuunin exam when she was ready. She returned to Konoha when she heard that her clan was restored, and when she was a Chuunin,

~ Description: Alika has dark brown hair always down, reaching to her shoulders, and dark brown eyes, almost exactly like Sachiko's. They do turn red when she bares the Sharingan.

~ Personality: She can be very ignorant and impatient at times, but Alika has a great sense of humor, may laugh at almost anything, and takes a lot of risks.

I'm sorry to butt in, but a few things

1) I don't think Uchihas should be accepted, considering they were wiped out
2) She doesn't even have any jutshus. how do you know if she might deicide to add 300 of them?
3) I think that it should either take one admin or two Moderators/Global Moderators to approve a profile, and if a admin disagrees, it will be unaccpeted. This is simply just an example of the rank of command

Alright, the Uchiha Clan is back, but we can only have a max. of about 15 Uchiha members or maybe less, considering I do not want to change much of the show. Next, I think Harris has a point. Alika, I will wait for about five-ten jutsus or so before fully approved.
