by telepathically communicating to his puppet the puppet preforms jutsus and rayout is able to use them without preforming hand sighs
Taijutsu's calling:
taijutsu / blood limit
While preforming taijutsu he is able to gain weapons by solidifying the light around him creating any weapon large or small that he may need

while in his heavens state he is able to use wind based jutsus much like temari with her fan.
Lightning torture:
Taijutsu / Ninjutsu
by combining his speed as well as lightning he can move at the speed of light threw the air and at high speeds can land a series of strikes to the person hes fighting.
basic style of his fighting is more like rock lee but less formal his moves are fast but there is something different he uses lighting and also puppetry to enhance his taijutsu style often times he is fast by himself but with the ninjutsu he becomes stronger and faster making him less likely to be caught.
History:
He was born into the angel clan, there are very few in his clan. Skills of there parents are past down threw there dna. His fathers style was taijutsu and his mothers was puppetry so rayout has addapted both to his fighting style. All of the Angels main goal is to protect the week and kind hearted people who they come across in there life. and rayout is no different each of there clan members leave home to protect there best friend, They are required to pick a person very dear to them and protect them until they die. but he has not found a person this close to him yet other then his family members. Once he chooses a person they refer to themselves as a guardian angel. witch is his short term dream to become one. Once reached a guardian angel state they gain the abilities of the 2nd level. rayout is starting to gain abilities already despite not having done this. They must put there life on the line to save there friends. this is why there are very few angels now. rayout wants to protect the hokage of this village. and make himself known as the villages guardian.
He grew up in his house along with his mother father older sister and brother he took on his training from his parents and became a master at both taijutsu and puppetry combining his own jutsus he likes to show off and often gets a reputation as being annoying but he is often liked. always trying to help out and protect the week. he wasn't smart in the school he went to but he passed 3rd from the lowest in the class. He tried to find a best freind like his clan wanted him to but he only found plan friends no one who needed his protection therefor he searches on for someone to protect.

Has a small puppet he caries around made out of metal and by himself. also him and his puppet have a halo hovering above there heads
