In the distance, not too far from Konohagakure, was a tall man. It was nearly impossible to make out his details from afar, but as he came closers his features became more distinct. The first thing noticeable was his gold-tinted blond hair. He also walked calmly, at a not-too-fast pace, and kept his head level with the village. His face was constantly looking towards Konohagakure, his eyes seemed trained on it the entire way. After a few minutes, his eyes became visible. He had emerald-green eyes that constantly watched, and seemed to be the only things that knew what they were watching. They stared as he walked, and he soon came to the village gates.
Seishu walked into the village, easily passing off as an outsider visiting for any reason. Even though he had no visible headband, he didn't look like he was from a hostile village, and to attack konohagakure alone would probably be suicide anyway. Seishu slowly walked throughout the village, seemingly looking for something. He had never been to konohagakure before, and Seishu was slightly lost. He had heard stories of the great village, and received directions to his destination from friendly villagers, but he wasn't sure where exactly everything was. With a sigh, Seishu continued on.
Seishu walked on, his eyes darting everywhere as he looked carefully. He was looking for the hokage house, hoping to join this continent and the konohagakure village. He carefully made his way through crowds, asking directions from nearby shop owners as he continued on his way. Seishu accidentally tripped when he wasn't looking, almost hitting his head on a building. Quickly catching his balance, Seishu noticed he wasn an inch away from cracking his skull. With a sight of relief, Seishu got back to his feet and looked up.
Seishu noticed the symbol instantly, the building where he could find the hokage. With a quick grin, Seishu walked up to the front doors and took a deep breath. After relaxing himself, Seishu went over exactly all the information he had ever heard about the hokage and her village, and quickly prepared himself. With one last sight, Seishu walked in..

Tsunade’s shadow could be seen flickering in the darkness of the room. All blinds were drawn and only candles were lit. Only a huge scroll with strange writings and blood markings that was on the Fifth’s desk, two bodies, and the moving figure of the quill could be seen or even heard. Lady Tsunade sighed as she put down the quill, leaning against her chair. She was just getting comfortable of her informative, yet tedious, work of research of all medical and village history due to the sudden disappearance of the scrolls. She knew that Zaer Nightmare, leader of Akatsuki, had taken them, but that did not stop her from simply re-doing it again.
As always, Lady Tsunade had a small cup of sake next to her papers, but it was quickly drained as she took a break. She knew that the peace and tranquility of the room was ridiculous, or at least, it was ridiculous because of the sudden darkness and lit candles. Tsunade preferred peace while she worked, and of course, sake. Making the room dark and mysterious was a way she could concentrate on scroll-related medical ninjutsu. The Fifth stirred uncomfortably as the doorknob to the room turned, making a quiet rustling sound, or maybe a small warning, telling her to make the room lighter. “Shizune,” Tsunade spoke hoarsely due to the long hours without using her voice. With a swish, all the blinds from the windows lifted up, revealing a deep blue sky and specks of sunlight. With another swish, the fires from the candles were extinguished as Lady Tsunade cleared her throat so she could speak properly.
Smoothing her jacket and then finally slipping the scrolls back in the drawers, she watched as the door slowly swung open and as a tall shadow slid inside. Eyebrows high in surprise, Tsunade glanced the stranger up and down, as if to consider his position and to see if he was a threat…or an ally. “Yes?” The Fifth asked, feeling slightly impatient.

The man took a few steps on, his eyes level with the woman at the desk. He took a careful look at her, immediately watching for any habits and attitude. With a quick mental note, Seishu sized the hokage up. He nodded to her in respect, his eyes level the entire time. "I am called Seishu Gisei Kihakutsu. I hail from the Village of Legends within the Lands of Chaos, a continent far away from here. I have traveled to this continent to live and learn. I have heard of the prestigious Konohagakure and their Hokage, Lady Tsunade. I have come to humbly request a place in your village as one of your shinobi, offering my services and talents at your disposal."
Seishu finished his introduction, calmly and efficiently. As soon as he finished talking, he was attentive and keen once more. His eyes still leveled, he took everything in with a glance. He noticed the positions of all objects and people, as well as any routes for escape and entrance. With another mental note, Seishu had taken in all he had seen and now waited patiently for his approval or denial. Hopeful, Seishu waited for the answer.

ooc: Since the posts are colored, I shall make mine gray!!! =D
Kianse moved soundlessly through the gates and to the Hokage's office. Her pace was slightly hurried, maybe because she was in a village that she would normally hate. Konoha. Kianse shuddered at everything she had been through. Opening her eyes from her sudden daze, she realized how weird she must have looked...Sighing, the Jounin also realized that she was already in the halls of the building. Fixing her face into a smile, Kianse paused at the front doors of the room and tried to remember why she was there... To make a treaty with my village. Kianse reminded herself and smiled weakly. A treaty. With Konoha. She couldn't believe her luck. Then without farther ado, she wrenched open the door and stepped inside.

Tsunade seemed surprised at first, but she quickly fixed her expression into something she hoped was pleased. “I see…” The Fifth murmured, thinking things through. After a few more minutes, she finally looked up, glancing at the man called Sheishu in the eye. “I don’t know much about the Land of Chaos, yet I will except you as one of our own. But…” Tsunade paused, as if trying to choose the right words before continuing. “We first need to know how well you fight, and then you have some paperwork to fill out.” As she said that, however, she was also looking Shizune in the eye. If the man really was telling the truth, then all was well, but if he wasn’t…Tsunade leaned back against her chair and sighed. Then she would need to do something at once.
The door opened again as Tsunade opened her eyes and glanced at the girl before her. She looked reasonable and responsible, and also looked about 15 years old and a Jounin, but a Jounin of which village? Tsunade took her time as she glanced the girl up and down, finally taking in her pose and attire. Amegakure…but why? Tsunade thought to herself as she continued glancing intently at the girl, waiting for her to speak.

The man smiled at the answer, his eyes bright. "I will accept any test you set before me, and paperwork won't be much of a problem.. Thought I can't say I'm an excellent writer or reader.." Sighing a bit, Seishu remembered that there were no schools back home, nor academies like here, and everything he learnt was self-taught. He remembered one more thing, "Oh, I've heard that you might have had some trouble with.. err, Akatsuki is it? Their leader, Zaer Nightmare. His clan is from one of the countries back in the Land of Chaos, part of the clan moved here with the original clan leader. I've had experience fighting the users of the Zetsu-Kaze, I can help you defeat him."
Seishu had spoken calmly, and seriously. He had fought Zetsu-Kaze users, and killed them. It wasn't always an easy feat, but once in close-range Seishu was nearly unstoppable. His unique jutsus made him a Taijutsu master, and he utilized them to their fullest. Seishu glanced sideways when the girl walked in, looking from her to the Hokage. Seishu thought this would be interesting, but he'd have to wait for further orders now that he was no longer making himself a free man..

Kianse glanced at Tsunade for a split second but then opened her mouth to speak, completely ignoring the man beside her. "I have a messege from my village, Amegakure, to make a treaty with Konoha. Here is the letter from our Jounin." She reached inside her pocket and pulled out a small envelope before handing it wordlessly to Tsunade. The only reason she had said "Jounin" was because that Amegakure did not really have a Kage... Inside, it read:
Lady Tsunade,
I know Amegakure and Konohagakure have been on shaky ends, and we might even be strangers to each other. That is why I write this letter to join forces with you. Otogakure and Amegakure have not been getting along well either, which is why I decided to have a few allies so we can defend ourselves- not only that- but to help our dearest friends. The paper should be sent in the same envelope. Please take your time for your answer.
Best wishes,
Kokiro Neko

Tsunade accepted the envelope and opened it, quickly reading the note. Finally after a few seconds, the Hokage put it down and sighed to herself. So Kokiro wants to use us... She thought uncomfortably. The note really did sound like they were using Konoha for their biddings and protection from the Sound. Glancing at Kianse evenly, Tsunade nodded to herself. "I'll think about it." She promised because she already had had enough troubles and worries in the past few days. Tsunade paused, as if to make sure she knew what she was doing, before reaching inside the nearest drawer and pulling out a few sheets of paper and a writing instrument. "Here you go, Seishu." Lady Tsunade said pleasently. "And take your time..."

The foreign shinobi accepted the papers, going nearby. He began to write, filling out the necessary information. He wrote slowly, patiently, and deliberately, making few mistakes. This being the only way he could write, it took him almost twice as long as a normal person to fill the forms out. With a sight, he put the papers in order and finished writing. Picking up the papers and writing instrument, Seishu began to walk back to the hokage.
He nodded to the hokage, handing her the papers and writing instrument. "Finished." He took three steps back after handing the stuff over, waiting for further instructions. Patiently standing, Seishu's eyes began to wander over the room..

Tsunade flipped through the filled papers. Of course, the applications were...unique. Satisfied, Tsunade decided that she'll finish looking over it...later. Slipping them in a folder, the Fifth returned her attention to Sheishu. "Your application seems impressive...So..." She paused briefly, thinking things through. "Your help will be appreciated here at Konoha, however, I must discuss this with...everyone else." Tsunade shot him an apologetic look. "I'll give you the news as soon as possible." Lady Tsunade gave Sheishu another firm nod before asking, "Do you have a place to stay?" Edit: Color

Seishu acknowledged the apologetic look. He knew they couldn't trust him because he was a complete stranger. Nodding, Seishu smiled to show it didn't bother him. When Tsunade asked about lodgings, Seishu smile turned into a frown. "Actually, no. I've just recently arrived here and as I've said before I'm not from around here. So I have neither a place to stay, nor money. However, I can work.." Seishu thought about it for a moment, wondering how he exactly he missed this part. He did have a few coins from his old home, but they were useless here as a form of currency. That and, he was never rich in his old home because he lived in the worst parts..

Tsunade gave Sheishu another small smile. "That's fine." She replied. "We can easily fix that. You can work....and you may stay at the monasteries for now, though no one's really there..." She trailed off uncertainly but then shrugged. "Alright. Again, I need to talk to everyone else first before actually giving you a job...although if you have something in mind. However, you may go right now, to your new home." The Fifth nodded toward Shizune wearily. "Unless you rather stay here." She added with another shrug.

"I suppose either is fine. However, I have a bad feeling that something big is going to happen soon. I don't know what it is.. call it a warning from a higher being? I don't know.. it's just a feeling I guess." Seishu thought to himself before shaking himself back to reality. He looked to Tsunade, giving her a slight bow. "If I may have your leave?" Seishu waited patiently for his reply. He was honorable, and would follow his leader for now even if he wasn't officially accepted.

Tsunade leaned against her chair, thinking deeply. "I guess you might be right on that one." She finally answered. "I have this strange feeling too." Actually, it wasn't a 'feeling'. Tsunade had a guess on what might happen...Something to do with Akatsuki, for sure.... Tsunade rested her chin on her hands and closed her eyes, still pondering on everything...The letter..Sheishu...And Akatsuki.
"Shizune. Please show Sheishu where he will be for now."

Seishu bowed one last time, nodding to Tsunade. He followed Shizune away, matching her pace but remaining behind her. Every step he made was silent, it was hard to tell if he was even there. Not only that, but every time she stopped, he did at the same moment, and he walked at the same moment she did, every step matching. It was almost as if he was a perfect clone, or knew where she was going to step before she actually moved..
