This is Oni. Since I took Kisame as a cannon, I thought that it would be better if I posted an app for him

Equipment Inventory: The casual shinobi equipment (kunais, shuriken etc) and Samehada.
This strange and large sword does not slash but instead shaves Kisame's opponents, granting them a slow and agonising death. However, the fabled Samehada has become a legend among sword because it can devour it's victim's chakra and trasfer it to the user. It can only be weilded by Kisame. If anyone else tries to lay his hands on it, long and sharp spikes grow out of the Samehada's handle, impaling the wanna-be weilder's hands. A most terrible weapon indeed.
Kekkei Genkai: None, but Kisame has been seen to be able to bretah underwater and swim at an incredible speed. Additionally, he can perfrom Suiton Jutsu without a large source of water nearby.

[Water Release • Five Sharks Eating]
Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below.

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu
[Water Clone Technique]
Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.

[Bursting Water Collision Waves]
Suiton • Baku Suishôha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

Suiton • Suikôdan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals which then causes a column of water to rise from the water and then strike their target.

Suirô no Jutsu
[Water Prison Technique]
Suirô no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison which only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target but still allow for a clone to attack others nearby.

[Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique]
A powerful attack that creates a huge current of water in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Except when used by extremely powerful ninja, this jutsu can only be done when in or near a body of water.
Mugenkiri
[Infinite slashes]
A high ranked taijutsu technique the the wielders of swords. This is a Kiri specific Jutsu designed for massive blade handling and yet deliver volatile and quick slashes at the same time. With the same ability as a shunshin, the user propels his chakra in his hand towards the designated slash technique. Whilst highly dangerous in case of breaking bones and tissue, with well trained technique, a user can slash the opponent with an incredibly heavy sword so many times that the cuts are invisible to the naked eye, so much that it creates the illusion of slicing through the enemy first, before the enemy recieves the laceration.

Kage no Mai
[Dance of the Shadows]
This technique was taught to each and every one of the Shinobi Swordsmen by Eru himself. The Kage no Mai utilizes chakra (Preferably with a Suiton type.) To create afterimages of the user whether it has an increased or decreased framerate to the enemy's eyes. This causes each and every strike to look slower than it really is, and distorts the angle to the point that it becomes impossible for the enemy to adapt to the strike style. In short, it distorts the eyesight of the enemy using afterimages.

Chise no Amegakure
[The Blood of the Rain Vllage]
Harsh training of the Mizukage has taught the Seve nShinobi Swordsmen how to smell the enemy's bloos. Once the enemy has been cut once, the blood that has leaked from the wound can be traced by the Swordman's nose. This is done by amplifying the taste sense of bitter blood (Part of the training was to taste blood) and project that chakra through the nose. The nose then can automatically track down and find the scent of blood within a 500 metre radius. This is useful for the Swordsmen, especially for hunting down wounded Nukenin.

[Rain Technique]
Utilizing chakra, the user can convert water vapor in the air to form droplets of water. This can be especially useful if there are clouds, this can cause a potential rainstorm in the designated amount of water that is given in an area. The rain is limited only by the amount of chakra the user has.

When it is raining in a particular area, the user can frm the handseals to increase the acceleration and density of the rain. The result is that the rain will pummel and crush everything underneath it.

Personality: Sadistic and brutal, Kisame(=Demon Shark) lives up to his name as the 'Scourge of the Hidden Mist'. He always has a sardonic and arrogant smile on his face and constantly underestimates other shinobi. He respects few people, one of them being Uchiha Itachi and Pein. He speaks like a gentleman on most occasions, but always with a sneering and sarcastic tone in his voice.
Hatred and bloodlust flows through his body, giving him the energy he needs to weild that huge blade of his and start cleaving men to bloody pieces. A rough and dangerous personality, he is one of the people you wouldn't like to meet in real life.
Habits / Interests: Killing. You'd be surprised to see that Kisame spends most of his free time doing the exact same thing he does when he's working. Murder.

History:Not much is known about Kisame's early life. He was one of the Seven Sowrdsmen of Mist, a group of swordsmen renowned for their large blades and vast knowledge of Suiton jutsu. Soon, Kisame came to be known as the 'Scourge of the Hidden Mist', reflecting his pre Akatsuki, but bloody nonetheless, deeds.
However, the 'good' times did not last long. Taking part in a plot to overthrow the goverment of the Land of Water and assasinating a number of officials, saw him branded as a traitor and Kisame desserted Kirigakure, deciding to become a Missing Nin. He soon entered the ranks of Akatsuki. The leader, Pein, partnered him with Uchiha Itachi, the infamous kinslayer of Konoha. The two of them were getting along a lot better than most other Akatsuki members. (Kisame always called him Itachi-San, showing that he respected him, depite his young age)
After the fruitless search for the Kyubi, Kisame and his partner started aiding their fellow Akatsuki in conquering a few lesser villages. It was at that time when The Scourge's legend grew, with Kisame defeating legions of shinobi single-handedly and drowing whole villages with his Suiton Techniques. At the moment, Kisame and Itachi are searching for Naruto, hoping to extract the Kyubi.
