Zaer caught the bowl, staring down at silver. "Bro, I don't even eat Ramen. Oh well." Standing up, Zaer slowly walked over to Sachi. With his hand out to her, he offered the bowl of Ramen to her. "Better not to waste. Want it?" Nodding to her, Zaer's eyes looked innocent enough. "I'm not here for trouble today. Just.. watching things. I'm a wandering eye today, looking but not participating. That and some fresh air never hurt anyone." With a bright look on his face, Zaer smiled. The wind caught his hair, blowing it to one said. With a sudden thought, Zaer added, "Better take it quick, it might get cold." Nodding once, Zaer kept the bowl extended towards her.

Sachi felt her glare falter a bit as Zaer offered her the ramen. Well, she had been on her way to Ichiraku, but...Sighing, the girl grabbed the bowl slowly, though hesitating. "You didn't, put anything in here, did you?" She asked suspiciously. After all, the two can sneak up on her without her noticing. She didn't even sense their presence.... Again with the sigh.

"If I wanted to cause trouble it'd have been caused by now." Shrugging at answer, Zaer thought it would be obvious that he wasn't upto anything since he didn't have to poison someone's food to kill them or knock them out. Sighing a little, Zaer sat down once more and faced the battle. "Why does everyone hate Akatsuki? I haven't even bothered to attack you yet. I mean, it's ok to hate me when I destroy your village, but until then what's with all the spite?" Shaking his head slowly, Zaer began to lay back. Laying down, Zaer peered up into the sky.
Zaer turned his head towards Sachi, speaking to her again,"Haven't you ever wondered what things would be like if there was just one thing in your life that you could change?" Sighing, Zaer faced the sky once more. Looking into it with a keen interest, Zaer began to zoom into the sky and watch the clouds up close. In the back of his mind, his 360 eyesight recorded surroundings for later observation.

Sachi shrugged as she ate her ramen quietly. After swallowing a few more bites, she turned to face Zaer. "I guess it's because many people think that Akatsuki's always up to no good." Shrugging at her reply, she chewed softly on the egg before swallowing it quickly. However, she remained completely silent at Zaer's question. Sure, Sachi had millions of things to change, starting with her clan of course. After a few more minutes of silence, Sachi tossed the empty bowl of ramen to a trash can before standing up and staring at the fight below. "Now what? Should we interfere?" Sachi felt strange, to be socializing with two ninjas whom she didn't even know. Yet, they offered ramen, and she was thankful.

Tye fell backwards after the first strike. Roku missed on his second attack, Thank Goodness, one more hit like that and I'd probably be done for he thought back flipping away. "Ninja Art, Dancing Fists" Tye said clapping his hands together. Dancing Fists was a level higher than Dancing Fist. The only change was the amount of chakra sent to his hands and into his opponents. Tye was still a little wobbly from Roku's first attack, so he let him come to him

A young boy walked along the rooftops, hopping from each building to building whenever he came to a gap. His kiragakure headband glinted bright in the sunlight, worn proudly on his left arm. He sang merrily as he walked, a joyful expression on his face.
{Song: Never-Ending Story by Within Temptation} "Armies have conquered And fallen in the end Kingdoms have risen Then buried by sand The Earth is our mother She gives and she takes She puts us to sleep In her light we'll awake We'll all be forgotten There's no endless fame But everything we do It's never in vain"
As the boy sung, he saw a group nearby. With quick handseals, he formed an arc of ice that traveled near the man with silver air. Sliding over, he boy stopped singing and looked around. With a bright smile on his face, he greeted them. "Hi, I'm Touketsu! Nice ta meetcha."
As the boy came into play, Zaer continued to look up into the sky above. Not noticing when the boy started to talk, Zaer continued to look up. He finally noticed the boy, and the words the boy spoke before came into mind. Looking back up into the sky, Zaer answered. "They call me Zaer Nightmare. I formerly hail from Sunagakure, currently residing as Akatsuki Leader." He spoke as if it was a common answer, giving no thought to it at all. Zaer continued to stare on, as if continuously listening and watching something far.. far away.

Sachi raised her eyebrows as another boy came, but he looked more like a Kiri Genin. “Oh hi…” She replied, looking relieved for some reason. “I’m Sachi,” Her Sharingan quickly disappeared, revealing her normal dark brown ones. However, as she heard the Akatsuki member’s full name and position, she felt her muscles tighten once more. The leader… Sachi thought, glancing at Silver and then at Zaer continuously. Only yells from below drove her attention back at the fight. “Well, it was nice chatting, but I—need to—go.” And by ‘go’, she meant ‘join the fight’. Without another word, the Chuunin jumped off the roof, landing silently on the ground.

Yo name's Tempesta D'Argento. Just call me Argento though. Silver reaches into his bag of metal and pulls out a metal snowboard. This place is kinda getting boring Y'know? Silver then looks at Zaer and the chuunin and he thinks, wow those two got a lot of patience.
Silver jumps onto his snowboard and it starts to rise as if by magic. As it reaches a couple feet from the roof, Silver looks back to everyone. Well I guess since it's getting boring here I'm off. Silver throws the kunai he kept at one of the fighting shinobi.

The boy looked at the snowboard intently, his eyes lighting up. "Wait, I have an idea." With a quick series of three sets of handseals, the boy activated three jutsus. "Hyouton: Hatsuyuki, Hyouton: Buriza-do, Hyouton: Shimo Kiba!" It quickly began to snow in the area, for about a mile around him, including in the area of the fight. The snow quickly built up, making two feet of snow before slowing down. Next, spirals of snow shot around and were forzen by a blizzard. Making spirals of ice across building rooftops, slopes, tunnels, etc. With this new field set up, the boy looked at Silver.
"Well, how about it? A race to the end of the village?" With a quick, innocent smile the boy flicked his wrist. A snowboard made of ice, perfectly crafted, formed in his hands. Nodding to Silver, the boy spoke once more. "Let's begin when you say go?"
As that happened, Zaer jumped. With a quick flash, he landed before Sachi. "Wait, let them fight. I want to see what happens." Looking down at Rokuro, Zetsu pointed him out. "I want to see how much better he's gotten. Consider it a favor in return for the ramen?" With a quick smile, Zaer's eyes flashed with guile. Shaking his head, Zaer turned to face the fight.
Zaer continued watching with interest, still standing near Sachi. "Don't worry, Rokuro can keep himself in check. No one will be hurt beyond some injuries. They can suck it up and they'll recover." Zaer laughed as he spoke, the two feet of snow enveloping him. Shaking the snow off of himself, Zaer turned back into the fight. "Let's see how they adapt?"

I’ve got your card…[/I] Roku thought to himself as he made yet another quick mental note about Tye’s demeanor. He was making things too obvious, pouring more chakra into his hands after he’d just been knocked out of a taijutsu stance. And to top it all off, he didn’t counter attack Rokuro. …You want to lure me in, don’t you? Heh, I know your kind, and I know just how to turn the heat up on you. Your always a step behind.[/I] Roku stopped the chakra flow to his hands and canceled his chakra scalpels. He could hear foot steps and faint voices all around him, he wasn’t ignoring the fact that they had an audience. In fact, he welcomed it. That meant he could let loose a bit more without worry.
He had just begun a string of hand seals when an unexpected kunai whizzed past his face and drew blood from his cheek. It was just an insignificant scratch that hardly even stung, and the kunai had also managed to cut the ribbon that held Rokuro’s long black hair in check. Instead of a being kept in a neat ponytail, his hair was now a wild lions mane that lifted into the sky with every step he took. Instead of moving forward and towards Tye, Roku hopped back a step and finished his hand seals. He could feel his chakra become heat in the center of his chest as he inhaled deeply. Even in the presence of a mysterious snow storm, his body remained warm. Ice formations rose from the white blanket of snow all around them and twisted the terrain into something from a fairy tale almost, but Roku kept his dark brown eyes locked on Tye.
”Katon: Gouryuuka no Jutsu !”
Rokuro opened his mouth wide and exhaled three massive fireballs that quickly took the shape of dragons heads as they tore through the air towards Tye. The fireballs wouldn’t have any trouble plowing through concrete, wood, ice, anything that dared lie between them and their target. Roku started up with a second string of hand seals.
”Suiton: Suikoudan no Jutsu !”
Some of the less solidified snow rose to form a column of water which quickly took to the sky and came back down over Tye in an arcing motion. They way everything was set up, he had an icy terrain to walk on, three enormous fireballs coming at him from the front, and a water shark missile from above. Sticking his tongue out the corner of his mouth to sample his own blood, Roku smiled confidently and thought to himself. Mission accomplished.

Tye smiled, using water on a water ninja, how absurd. Tye began a series of hand signs, ending in his knuckles touching together. As all jutsus colided together, Tye stood there in a light blue barrier. Chakra. "Ninja Art, Chakra Bender" he said with his hands in a barrier propeling fashion. His own chakra, used in anyway he pleased. Yet, to every powerful jutsu there is a catch. Letting his chakra out of his body for to long, and it will be gone forever. Seeing as Tye's animal was an octopus, he morphed the barrier into an octopus that coated his body. "Sorry, brother but it'd take more than that to take me out. Excellent jutsu though" he said with a grin.

Rokuro returned the slight grin and used his right hand to push some of the loose strands of hair behind his ear, he was tired of them blowing into his face. Calling out to Tye in a sarcastic voice, Rokuro responded.
”Look who’s talking. For the guy who shot first, you sure aren’t living up to my expectations…”
Roku noticed that he could see his own breath whenever he spoke and began to wonder just how difficult it would be to maneuver on the mixture of snow and ice that surrounded them. Crossing his arms for a moment, he began to survey the area visually to see just what he had to work with and look over Tye’s new technique. He’s been using all his techniques defensively for the most part. This one though, it looks like it takes a lot of chakra. If I keep hammering away at him, he may run out of chakra. Roku uncrossed his arms and pulled his right foot out of the snow, taking a single step forward. There’s no doubt about it, I’m the better fighter in terms of hand to hand combat. He was unusually confident today, it radiated off him like a smell and became obvious to see for all those that watched them. Roku reached back into one of his ninja pouches and drew four shuriken into each hand, each one had exploding pouches hooked to the hole in the center. Roku kept smiling as he hurled all ten shuriken and their exploding pouches towards Tye, three aimed directly at him and five meant to land in the snow around him. Exploding pouches weren’t like exploding notes, their detonation was much smaller and wouldn’t really damage anything other then Tye. They were made more for single targets then anything else. Roku started to carefully step back and began to run though a chain of hand seals, he was getting his next jutsu ready. Several seconds after Roku had threw them towards Tye, all eight pouches went off at once.

Tye moved his fingers, making the octopus' tentacles. Slapping away the shuriken, only to have them explode in mid air, bits of chakra were seperated from the octopus. They hit the ground, creating a permafrost on the ground. Tye then retracted the chakra into a barrier, not wanting to lose anymore chakra. The other shuriken bounced off his barrier, making him nervous. What was Roku planning to do?

With a smile on his face, Rokuro inhaled deeply and imbued the air inside his chest cavity with his fire molded chakra. The five shuriken were all in place, one in front of Tye, two to the left of him, and two to the right. Bringing his hands to his mouth to give him better control of the flames, Roku announced his jutsu verbally before unleash the intense flames building in his chest.
”Katon: Karyuu Endan!”
Roku’s chest bulges out as the jutsu reaches its’ boiling point. Thrusting his head forward towards Tye, Rokuro exhales an intense line of flames directly at Tye. The fire was so intense, in fact, that it burned all the way down to the road below the snow and created a clear line to walk on between Rokuro and Tye, albeit a touch of water remained. It was a better clean up then any snow shoveling civilian could do. The flames only increased in intensity as Rokuro continued to blow them out, the air around them began to ripple and wave as it does around any fire and would make it difficult for Tye to look straight forward at them. The line of fire triggered the exploding pouches just seconds before it swept over Tye, causing a chain explosion on both sides. All in all, Tye would have to use a fair amount of chakra to ward off five explosions on all sides and the ferocious line of fire that would hit him from the front. How dull…I haven’t even gotten to use my kekkai genkai yet.[/I] Roku thought to himself once he was finished. Poising himself to run full speed down the clear path and attack Tye directly, he waited to see his aftermath.[/size]

Tye swayed his hands, directing the chakra into a sheild. Even though he had no kekka genkai or anything of the sort, he saw that the flame was all a big thing of chakra surging over his sheild. As the flame passed over him, Tye retracted the chakra inside his body. "I guess its my turn now" he said quickly moving his hands together. Bringing his hands into a Tiger hand sign to his mouth, "Ninja Art Water Style, Arctic Breath Jutsu" he said as he let it go. A large burst of freezing cold air sent in the opposite direction of the flame, froze everything in its path.
