Summary Jutsus: Mending Fingers, Full Moon, Crescent Moon, Ocotpus Fist, Hidden Tsunami,and Chakra Bender
History:
Tye was always different from the other ninja, like a perfect chakra control ninja. Ever since he started the Ninja Acadmey in the Land of Waves, although he thought on his toes. As a child, he never knew his parents. He would become a powerful ninja, and then find them no matter where they were.
Tye passed through school fast, putting effort into all his jutsu's, until he became a Genin no one told him that he possesed Shargingan. Years later, when he was a fully fledged Chunin Tye studied under a infamous ninja and learned almost everything he knows now about Healing Jutsus.
Tye started his life in a new village, as a pharmacist/doctor. Everytime people went by Tye always heard news about ninjas, but never about his parents. One day he would find them.

Eye color: Blue eyes
eyes big or slanted: Slanted
Hair color or style: Brown hair, practically never has it combed or anything.
Skin tone: Tan
Body type: Little musscular, not to much.
Clothes: Blue, with the tradional Jonin wear
Weapons you can see by looking at them: Two double fans that help with increasing his chakra, rarely used to fight with. Needs his own jutsu to open them.
do they carry anything: Just the fans
