Across the lands rumors have spread. Rumors of clans returning, returning from the very graves the world has placed them into. These rumors hold one thing in common: They are true.
Out of the remains of the Kiragakure's Haku clan rose a man. Seyren seemed to be the strongest Haku in history, causing destruction and wreaking havoc like it was a game. This man has brought together remnants of the Haku clan and they have begun to extract their revenge from the world that cast them aside. This clan has risen once more to bleed those who caused them to cry tears of blood, to destroy those who tried to destroy them. This clan has risen, and doesn't intend to return to the grave.
Not so far off lay another story. Out of the rubbles of the nearside mountains came a bone-wielder, a Kaguya dubbing himself stronger than Kimimaru. With an expert display of power this man showed it to be true. With the same idea in mind, they take their retribution.
As this went on a group formed as well, another group of former clan members. With the destruction of radicals after them, the group of Uchiha has shown that they are back, and do not intend to let Itachi Uchiha stain the name they once proudly wore. Back into the world, these shinobi will once make make people proud to say they have the Uchiha on their side.
All across the worlds similar clans, once thought extinct or near destruction, have risen. After waiting many long years, clans have returned to the world and have brought their greatly feared bloodlines with them. Not only has this happened, but an untold danger lies not too far in the future. What does this all mean? Is the return of clans for the better or worse? There is only once place where answers can be found: A Ninja's Universe.

Hmm. It's not required for you to do that, or at least I don't require it. When I approve a profile, I make sure every piece is approved, so you don't need to approve them separately. So, as long as you fill the template out correctly in your profile, you don't need to have them approved before hand. However, any new additions must be approved, and you should state that you added them to your profile when they are accepted, in your profile thread, so we know.
It's really your choice whether you want to have jutsus/weapons/clans approved before you make your character. It's not required, and we haven't made anyone do it before. If anyone tells you otherwise, simple say I gave you permission to do it since you made your profile before any such rule existed. However, remember to have new jutsus/weps/clans/etc. approved if they were made after you created your character, and you want them added.
